CP01-Diploma in Tool and Die Making
Objective:
The Course provides thorough practical and theoretical input to the trainee to make him a technician in the area of Tool Design and Manufacturing.The Trainee will be able to apply the skill acquired immediately to the needs of tooling industry.
Subject of Study :
Theory English, Applied Science, Mathematics, Engineering Drawing, Basic Electronics, Computer Programming, Production Technology, Material Technology, Electrical Technology, Strength of Material, Tool Design Theory (Press Tools, Dies, Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures), Pneumatics and Hydraulics, Quality Control & Metrology, Industrial and Production Management,Estimation & Costing, Heat Treatment & Surface Treatment, CNC Technology.
Practical Bench Work Including Advanced Fitting, Machine Work Including Conventional and Special Tool Room Machines like Jig Boring, Jig Grinding, EDM, etc. Training in Inspection, Heat Treatment, Maintenance and Design Office. Exposure to Sheet Metal Presses, Plastic Moulding Machines and Pressure Die Casting Machines. Practice in Auto CAD, CNC Machine Operation and Low Cost Automation.
Project work Production of Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges, Press Tool and Mould based projects.

SSLC/+2 /PUC/12th with minimum 50% in Mathematics and aggregate minimum 50% in Mathematics & Science put together.Age Max. 19 years as on 15.07.2005 Height 155 cm. (min.) & Weight 40 kg (min.)

CP03-Diploma in Technical Skills
Objective:
The course provides thorough practical and theoretical input to the trainee in the area of Production Engineering and allied subjects, enabling the trainee to be an entrepreneur or supervisor in the area of Production Engineering. They are exposed to allied areas of Engineering to make them aware of the role and power of engineering in transforming the life of economically weaker section of rural and urban India.

Theory English, Applied Science, Technical Mathematics, Engineering Drawing, Production Technology, Material Technology, Heat Treatment, Metrology & Quality Control, Fundamentals of Tool Design, Strength of Materials, Basic Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulics, Heat Engines, Estimating & Costing, Design Drawing, Non- Conventional Energy Sources, Industrial Management & Entrepreneurship.
Practical
Bench work including advanced fitting, Machine Work training on Lathe, Milling machine, Surface grinder, Cylindrical grinder and Tool & Cutter Grinder. Training in Inspection, Heat treatment and Maintenance, CNC Programming and Non Conventional Machines. Exposure in the manufacture of simple press tools, moulds, jigs, fixtures and gauges.
Project work Implementation of production of Press Tool and Mould based projects
Eligibility :
Pass in SSLC /PUC/12th class with minimum 45% marks in Mathematics and 45 % in Science of any one of the qualifying examinations. Age Max. 19 years as on 15.07.2005, Height 155 cm (min) and Weight 40 kg (min).

CP04-Diploma in Electronics
Objective:
The course aims to meet the requirement of industries dealing with Automation, AC/DC Drives, Instrumentation, Telecommunication and CNC Controllers.The course intends to provide adequate basic engineering knowledge in the initial phase of study and later gives in-depth coverage in Electronics.

Theory English, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering Drawing, Chemistry, Workshop Technology, Material Technology, Electrical Technology, Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics, Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, DSPs, Electronic Drafting, Industrial Management, Industrial Electronics, Automation, Process Control, PC Maintenance and Quality Control.
Practical Mechanical Workshop: Bench Work, Machining,.Sheet metal work, Soft soldering and other connections, equipment wiring, manufacture of PCBs, anodizing, winding of coils and transformers, vacuum impregnation, project work. Electronics Lab: Testing and measuring using various kind of electrical/Electronics Instruments, Analysis, Trouble Shooting, PCB artwork preparation, Microprocessor programming and Interfacing, DSP and Industrial Electronics.Fabrication Shop: Necessary skills in working with sheet metal and PCB stuffing and testing,Product development, designing and fabrication of cabinets, PCB rack and other mounting hardware needed for the electronics industry.
